Baked Lentil Falafel
This is a quick and easy way to prepare falafel. Its flavourful, oil free and a perfect starter to please a health freak gathering. Ingredients 1 cup channa dal (split chickpeas) 1 onion diced curry leaves - a few sprigs 1 tsp fennel seeds salt and green chillies to taste Soak channa dal for a couple of hours. Drain water and in a blender, add them along with green chillies, curry leaves, fennel seeds and salt. Blend coarsely. Add the chopped onion and mix well. Lay the bakin
