The aim of this yoga practice is to create a mind-body connection and reach a state of harmony. The classes focus on making yoga accessible and meaningful for students, emphasizing that yoga is not just an exercise but a way of life. The teachings incorporate yoga philosophy, creative sequences, precise alignment, breath awareness, and meditation, allowing individuals to learn from their unique experiences. The intention is to provide a safe space for self-development and improved well-being, including a focus on rediscovering one's relationship with food and body image.

I believe in the power of yoga to relieve stress and tension while bringing about positive changes in the hearts, minds, and bodies of students. While asana alignment is important, the greatest joy comes from witnessing students surprise themselves and discover the incredible capabilities of their own bodies. The classes are designed to serve individuals' unique physical conditions and lifestyles, ensuring that yoga is accessible to all, regardless of fitness level or flexibility. The goal is to make yoga available to anyone who can benefit from it, promoting inclusivity and breaking the misconception that yoga is only for the flexible or athletic.


In a world where yoga has become trendy and portrayed as something intimidating, I strive to challenge these misconceptions. Yoga is for everyone and if you can breathe, you can do yoga. The focus is on encouraging individuals to give it a try and experience the transformative power of yoga firsthand. Rather than striving for the "perfect" body, I believe in yoga as a tool for self-care and service, catering to each person's unique needs and circumstances. The ultimate goal is to help individuals find balance, relieve stress, and cultivate well-being through the practice of yoga.

  • The dynamic workout which has a combination of explosive movements and functional exercises targets multiple muscle groups, building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and enhancing overall athletic performance.

  • Vinyasa Revive is a revitalising yoga class that combines breath and movement to energise the body, refresh the mind, and restore the spirit.
