My sessions are designed to make movement accessible and enjoyable, with a special emphasis on incorporating innovative props to elevate your practice. Whether it's using dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, ankle weights or a step platform, these tools add a fun and challenging twist to traditional exercises, helping you explore your body's potential in new and exciting ways. This approach ensures that our sessions are not just about flexibility, but also about improving your overall strength, agility, and daily function.

 I believe in the power of movement to relieve stress, build resilience, and create positive changes in the body and mind. My greatest joy comes from seeing students surprise themselves by discovering their incredible capabilities. The classes are thoughtfully designed to meet each individual's unique needs, ensuring that fitness is accessible and beneficial, no matter your level of strength or flexibility.

In a world where fitness can sometimes feel intimidating, I aim to challenge those misconceptions. Movement, combined with mobility and functional training, is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can move. My goal is to encourage you to experience the transformative power of this practice, not just as a way to stay active but as a path to optimal living. Rather than striving for perfection, I emphasize using movement as a tool for self-care, functional strength, and balanced well-being.

  • The class enhances flexibility, mindfulness, and breath work of yoga while adding the challenge and toning benefits of resistance bands.

  • Participants can expect improved range of motion, increased strength, balance, and overall body awareness, leaving them feeling invigorated, balanced, and empowered.

CORE FLEX

YOGA PILATES FUSION

  • Core Flex is a dynamic fusion class that combines yoga, Pilates, and strength training for a well-rounded workout experience.

  • The class focuses on sculpting and toning the body while promoting flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

​

  • Participants can expect a combination of flowing yoga sequences, core-strengthening Pilates exercises, and targeted resistance training using 2kg dumbbells and 1kg ankle weight, and step platform leading to improved core strength, posture, and overall mind-body connection.

KETTLEBELL WARRIOR

  • Kettlebell Warrior is a high-intensity class that combines kettlebell training with a warrior mindset, unlocking your inner strength and endurance.

  • The dynamic workout which has a combination of explosive movements and functional exercises targets multiple muscle groups, building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and enhancing overall athletic performance.

  • By embracing the warrior spirit, you'll push past limits, develop mental toughness, and leave each class feeling transformed and unstoppable.

VINYASA REVIVE

POWERFUL FLOW AND RENEWAL

  • Vinyasa Revive is a revitalising yoga class that combines breath and movement to energise the body, refresh the mind, and restore the spirit.

  • The dynamic vinyasa flow sequences build strength, flexibility, and balance, while fostering a sense of fluidity and grace.

  • The empowering flow fosters a sense of accomplishment, helping you to carry that momentum into whatever comes next. Participants leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and ready to embrace the day with renewed energy and vitality.

POWER PLAY

DYNAMIC FITNESS FURY

  • Power Play is a high-intensity interval training class that pushes your limits, ignites your metabolism, and helps you reach new levels of strength and fitness.

  • The class combines bursts of intense exercises with short recovery periods, challenging your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

​

  • With a mix of cardio exercises, bodyweight movements, and functional training, Power Play provides a dynamic total-body workout, leaving you feeling accomplished and energised.
