THE 3 STEPS IN MY GET FIT PLAN
Fill in the details for enrolment
DIET - Receive 4 meal plans over 28 days, with flexibility to suit one's cooking. The meal plan will be reviewed on the 5th day of the week.
WORKOUT - Receive body weight exercise plan along with the meal plan.
Trainee has to share updates in the form of pictures or videos on the 5th day of the week, to receive the next meal plan.
NO UPDATES = NO MEAL PLAN and WORKOUTS
